The Newland DS-11 sewing machine is suitable for various types of bags such as paper bags, woven bags, and burlap bags. Adopting single needle automatic suturing, equipped with a fully automatic thread cutting system, paired with DN-H29 # 26 needle and 20/6-20/9 sewing machine thread, with a needle thread spacing of 10.2mm. The maximum speed can reach 2000rpm (standard 1800rpm). When the bag passes through the sewing head, the aligning machine needle will move in a circular rotation, which can avoid long pinholes and collisions between the machine needle and the sewing thread, and achieve leak free sewing and continuous feeding work. The lubrication system adopts sealed oil immersion and oil pump, which works stably, has low noise, small vibration, and is easy to disassemble and install. Can be used with sealing machines such as KS-1 series and KS-2 series.
